*Cleaning & residue volume reduction system manually pour the residue(food waste) into the flow sink, then forward the wastes to the garbage crushing and dehydrating machine, and separate the oil from the water.....finally achieve the purpose of waste volume reduction
*Dener shall put the spoons, chopsticks, tissues, etc..into the recycling cabinet. this achieves preliminary sorting purpose
*main tableware shall be placed on the conveyor belt in an orderly manner and carried to the pre-washing basin(sink), to remove stains on the surface of the tableware.
*finally the worker placed the tableware on the conveyor of the dishwasher, proceeded with the cleaning procedures
